User Satisfaction and 2025 Wrap-up
As we wrap up 2025, we reviewed how Simbound performed across classrooms, competitions, and product innovation. Our latest user survey, combined with major AI enhancements and expanding range of competitions provides valuable insight into what worked well and what comes next.

November 2025 User Satisfaction Survey
Throughout November 25, we collected feedback from our academic users attending courses in more than 8 countries. The results show that a high proportion of students and teachers are already very happy with our products and would recommend them to others without hesitation. But we want to go a step further and increase satisfaction even more, as we will explain in this article.
The simulation was rated as being highly effective (highest score) by over 60% of respondents and effective by 27.2% when asked whether it helped them understand real-world digital marketing concepts better.
More than 90% of students reported that the Simbound simulation increased their confidence in applying digital marketing strategies.
Additionally, more than 50% of respondents found the simulation to be highly engaging and interactive (highest score) with another 33% claiming that it is engaging and interactive enough making for a total of 83% of users who have been actively involved in the learning process that our learning solution proposes.
Finally, a ratio of 8 out of 10 students who answered the survey said they would recommend this learning experience to other students.
This survey was administered randomly, with participation entirely voluntary and neither encouraged nor incentivized. It was completed by 33 students in November 2025 from various academic backgrounds residing in multiple countries. The survey also surfaced a few areas for improvement, such as working on improving existing simulation content or adding new instructional content to the simulation
Professors have done a great job in suggesting new ways on how we can improve the simulation content and associated learning materials whilst our team has been happy to execute on new ideas and deliver sound technology that turns learning into a fun and memorable experience.
AI Innovation
As we shape the future of educational technology for digital marketers, we’re grateful to have the support of leading academic partners across Europe and beyond. Their guidance helps us continue delivering the premium support experience they’ve come to expect. Our AI Chatbot called Sim Bot has helped both learners and instructors with answers to more than 20.000 questions and provides analyses of simulation results, making it one of the leading AI tools for digital marketing simulations out there and in the last few weeks it has managed onboarding and learning of hundreds of users.

New AI Teaching Companion
We’re making strong progress in integrating AI to eliminate time-consuming tasks for instructors: a newly released AI teaching companion helps educators stay on top of their simulation courses by analyzing decisions and results in the simulation and providing personalized improvement suggestions for course participants. This makes Simbound now a fully AI ready simulation platform that has both AI capabilities built to enhance the act of teaching as well as an AI assistant destined for course participants to help with learning and support.
Online Competitions
Our uniquely designed, realistic competitions—such as the current Digital Marketing Competition and the upcoming Simbound Masters 2026 in France—are growing both in frequency and in their use of the Simbound system. Our system delivers an engaging, realistic experience for contestants, all within a fair, transparent, and easy-to-follow framework. We see increasing interest from participants across the world in our competitions, which are aimed at everyone, including those interested in learning about digital marketing in all its forms. This effort to augment the latest innovation in learning technology reflects our global outlook as the preferred choice for the learner with a global mindset — those who learn from wherever they are.
We are now market-testing a new concept: theme-based competitions with opportunities for brand sponsorship. Brand managers will use competitions as highly interactive platforms to connect with participants during the latter’s relevant and memorable experiences, where engagement unfold in a medium in which everyone is focused on doing well and performing.

Thus, we are set to continue and drive innovation and seek novel ways for learning that is efficient and fun.
